Copyright and Ownership
You will remain the copyright owner of all submitted content. However, a condition of depositing content will be to give the Ola Nordmann project permission to reproduce in full or in part any of the data for research purposes within the scope of this project (subject to our anonymity guidelines as below). The Ola Nordmann project will acknowledge the source of contributions (if you leave your name during the submission process) and we will not pass any data beyond the scope of this project or make it available to third-parties without prior written consent by you; this excludes the public sharing of content on this website where you have given your consent at the time of submission. You must be the copyright owner of any content that you submit to the Ola Nordmann project.
Any contact details you provide during submission will be kept secure and private to the project team - no contact details will be posted on any public website or other form of media. The project would like to build a publicly accessible catalogue of responses and narratives on this website, however if you do not wish to share your contribution beyond the immediate project team please uncheck the appropriate box at the time of submission. All content that you consent to be included within the public catalogue will be reviewed by the project team before it is available; the project team reserve the right not to publicly post materials. Content that you do not wish to share beyond the project team will only be used to inform the underlying research activities.
If you no longer wish for your data to be used, please contact the project team along with the reference code you are given during the submission process, and we will remove and cease to use any data you have provided.
